Drip Edge Flashing Inserts + Caulking

This group highlights distinctive arched windows and bold exterior colour choices, including contrasting trim and louvered details. The architectural features bring a memorable focal point to these building facades. Unfortunately the drip edge flashings were never installed when the aluminum windows were installed which over the years began to leak. We had to remove all caulking, clean the caulking entirely with special tools, install the flashing drip edge and re-caulk! This is now sealed for good and after a flood test and heavy rain - no leaks from the windows anymore!
